Rutgers student, Liam Fleisher, initiated the installation of a bird feeder station near the Trailhead Kiosk adjacent to the Avenue E Roundabout.  Interested in sharing his love for birds, Liam investigated various wild bird feeding techniques and installed a variety of feeders and foods.  A host of different species of wild birds have been attracted. The shelter of the kiosk provides a good vantage point to observe all the activity.

Funding for this project was provided by the Johnson Family Chair endowment.
